Why do you recommend Make instead of Zapier?

Zapier is great for simple, linear tasks (A -> B). But for real agency workflows, Zapier becomes very expensive and limited. Make allows us to create complex logic, routes, filters, and error handling at a fraction of the cost. It's a tool for engineers, not basic users.

What happens if an automation fails?

Unlike "amateur" automations, my scenarios include "Error Handlers." If something goes wrong (e.g., the internet goes down), the system saves the data, notifies you via Slack/Email, and waits to try again. You never lose any information.

Do I need technical knowledge to use it?

To build it, yes (that's why you hire me). To use it, no. Automations run in the background ("backend"). You and your team will continue working with your usual tools (ClickUp, Email) and the "magic" will happen on its own.
